Combined Building and Electrical Services was originally founded in
1980 by Mr PV Creese who was Senior Engineer with the United Bristol
Healthcare Trust in charge of all engineering and building services for
the Bristol General Hospital. He was responsible for the day to day
running of all engineering and building services and the installation
of new works.
