Lift shaft Refurbishment

CBES has recently completed a £350k refurbishment program for NB Real Estate at the Crescent Centre, Bristol. This was a difficult project as some of the existing lifts had to be kept operational while new lifts were fitted. There were also noise constraints which meant that work had to be undertaken out of hours. The Project was completed under budget and 4 weeks a head of schedule.

St George House, Bristol

Lift Replacement

CBES has recently completed a 6 stop lift replacement at St. George House, Bristol for a housing charity, People For Places. This was a challenging project as there were shaft size constraints and restricted access.
The work was completed on time despite several setbacks caused by small shafts and limited access.

Avonmouth & Axbridge Water Treatment Works

Electrical Services

CBES has recently completed the design, construction and installation of the electrical services for the instrumentation and control of the active flow plant. This £200k project was successfully completed to the program. The Plant now provides an essential source of emergency relief water for the Bristol Water supply.

Building & Electrical Refurbishment

CBES are at present refurbishing
and wiring the existing buildings and offices for the provision of a new computer suite and associated services for the satellite communications industry.
